We ship stories, not stress.

Flippin' Hearts Bookstore currently ships to Canada and the United States only. We hope to expand in the future, but for now, we’re keeping things close to home.

Processing Time

All orders are packed with care and typically ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated (like for preorders or seasonal boxes). You’ll get a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do our best to keep it fair and transparent.

Free local pickup may be available at certain events or pop-ups—check product descriptions or announcements for more info.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery windows:
📫 Canada: 2–10 business days
📫 USA: 5–14 business days

Please note: delivery timelines may vary depending on the carrier and time of year. We’ll do our part to get it out on time, but we can’t control postal delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at help@flippinhearts.ca within 7 days and we’ll help however we can.
