At Flippin’ Hearts Bookstore, we want to make sure your romance fix arrives exactly when you expect it—whether that's a recurring monthly treat or a highly anticipated upcoming release. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle recurring shipments and advance orders.
Subscriptions (The Sweet and Spicy Club Perks)
When you sign up for a recurring book box or automated perk package, you are choosing a low-stress lifestyle of guaranteed happily-ever-afters.

How it Works: You will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you selected at checkout.

Billing: Your payment details will be stored securely through our processor, and you will be automatically charged for each delivery unless you explicitly chose a prepaid option in advance.

Auto-Renewals: Some of our club perks auto-renew at the end of their cycle so your shelf never goes cold. If you don't want to renew, you can change your preferences or cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Manage Your Account: No gatekeeping here. Every single order confirmation email we send contains a direct link straight to your secure customer account. You can pause, change your shipping address, update your payment card, or cancel your subscription there with a single click.
Please note: Because our boxes are curated, small-batch selections, active shipments that have already processed or shipped fall under our standard final sale policy.
Pre-Orders
Can’t wait to get your hands on a soon-to-be-released indie romance or an exclusive custom box? Pre-ordering secures your copy before our inventory officially runs out.

How it Works: When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently in production or not yet physically in our inventory.

Billing Options: Depending on the specific drop, we may collect a partial deposit at checkout, or securely store your payment method to charge you in full at a future date closer to ship time.

Cancellations: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been fulfilled and processed for shipping. Once your box is packed and your tracking number is generated, it can no longer be canceled.
